All devices ship UPS or USPS Priority Mail and require a direct signature. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when their order has shipped.
Most items ship within 1-4 business days of placing the order unless a specified lead time is advised. Billing & shipping addresses must match for the order to ship.
We do not ship outside of the United States. We do not ship to forwarding addresses.
Items specified with lead times can vary and are subject to change. The customers must inquire about the lead time before ordering the item.
Because many night vision devices are built to order or specially configured, please contact our team with any questions before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, cancellations are generally not accepted.
In the rare event that a cancellation is approved, a 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.
All sales are final. GPNVGs does NOT accept returns.
If a return is accepted, the item shall only be returned in an unused/original condition with the original packaging. GPNVGs has complete discretion to reject the return upon receipt of the item if it is not in the above-listed condition.
Returns, if accepted, are subject to a 13% fee from the total order purchase & shipping fees.
Returns will not be accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer's remorse. If you have any questions before placing your order, our team is happy to help you choose the right system.
In order to complete any online order of any night vision wear, you must fill out our ITAR Form in completion. Without the proper paperwork, your order will be denied.
