Dealer & Reseller Purchases
Dealer/Purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees that it is in receipt of and has read G&P Armory, LLC’s, a Missouri limited liability Company (“GPNVG”), reseller terms agreement and that all purchases of product and merchandise from GPNVG shall be subject to the terms and conditions described in such reseller terms agreement.
