Coverage Terms

GPNVGs provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all built, GPNVGs-branded night vision devices assembled after June 1, 2026. Covered products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to GPNVGs-branded built systems and assembly workmanship purchased directly from GPNVGs.

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, GPNVGs will, at its sole discretion, repair the product using new or refurbished parts, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate by GPNVGs.

Coverage begins on the original date of purchase. The warranty is transferable with permission from GPNVGs via email, provided the product remains within the scope of these terms and has not been altered by any other company.

What's Covered

Housing & assembly: Built systems, assembly workmanship, and related components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal use.

Image intensifier tubes: Image intensifier tubes sold by GPNVGs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Tube blemishes, spots, peppering, or cosmetic characteristics that fall within industry or manufacturer specifications are not considered defects and are not covered.

L3Harris factory-built units: L3Harris factory-built units include a ten (10) year warranty from the original date of purchase and are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Accessories & miscellaneous products: Unless otherwise stated, standalone accessories and miscellaneous products are covered against manufacturing defects for the duration of the original manufacturer’s warranty period. Repair or replacement of a covered defect, at GPNVGs’ sole discretion, is the full extent of GPNVGs’ liability and the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

Customer-Supplied Parts

GPNVGs does not warranty customer-supplied parts, components, or equipment sent in for assembly, modification, or integration services. Responsibility for the quality, functionality, compatibility, and condition of customer-supplied parts rests solely with the customer and the original manufacturer or supplier.

Devices assembled by our team are guaranteed to be properly constructed, torqued, cleaned, assembled, and purged to industry standards and our internal quality control procedures. If an issue arises as a direct result of GPNVGs assembly workmanship, we will correct it at no cost to you. For verified assembly-related defects, we also provide a prepaid return shipping label within the United States.

When the Warranty Is Void

This warranty is void if:

  • The product has been intentionally modified or misused
  • Repairs are attempted by unauthorized parties
  • The serial number has been removed or altered
  • The product is used outside of its intended operational parameters
  • Damage results from neglect, abuse, or improper care

Limitation of Liability

GPNVGs shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, operation, or inability to use any product sold or serviced by GPNVGs. The customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the ownership, handling, and operation of the product.

GPNVGs’ sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or service of eligible products as expressly outlined in these terms. All obligations extend solely to the original purchaser; nothing in this warranty creates any obligation toward any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of GPNVGs for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall GPNVGs be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, lost profits, lost revenue, or damage to other equipment, regardless of the legal theory.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
