Low Light Innovations MH-1

I had an excellent experience with GPNVGs while putting together my first NVG build. As someone new to the process, I had a lot of questions, and Garret and Josh were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way. They took the time to explain my options, make recommendations based on my needs, and ensure I ended up with a setup that was right for me. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the finished build exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend GPNVGs to anyone looking for night vision equipment, upgrades, or custom builds. After many hours of research, I'd come to the conclusion there's are the best binos on the market. It was apparent to me that LLI have a real stake in the NVG market and they're here for the long haul. I've heard nothing but good things about their customer support and I was pleased to find out they plan on continuing their support for this platform. I'd always wanted nods but after seeing GPNVGs special for building your own set, I knew the time was now. Garrett was stellar; he was the first to initial constant updates on my order up until he told me the package was shipped. Order arrived sooner than expected with everything properly packaged. Christmas has truly come early. Furthermore, once the tubes I had ordered were shown the need a warranty, Garrett even took the liberty of replacing them with even HIGHER spec tubes (mind you the tubes I chose were already high fom) All in all, I'm blown away not only the quality of my binos, but the customer service of GPNVGs. After hearing about a couple shady business practices from other company's in this sphere, I have zero reason to take my business elsewhere. I know that not only will Garrett go above and beyond for any hiccups that might occur, but that I'm supporting a company that stands by their customers. Consider my a life time support of GPNVGs. Different Mason from the previous comment, same story though talked with Garret about my needs and he put me into this housing with Elbit tubes for work. Needless to say in my job field I’ve used them daily and they’ve saved my tail on a couple of occasions. 10/10 a great company to work with.

Really Good set of nvg's would definitely buy again

Great housing. Super innovative. Great CS from Garrett and the team at GPNVGS. They definitely helped me and my friends out purchasing the MH-1. There have been a few modifications along the way, but lowlight has been great about taking care of them. Definitely recommend buying from GPNVGS.

Was one of the first to order the new MH-1 housing and first pair of night vision ever. Garrett took care of me and 2 of my buddies that purchased the housing. With it being a new housing there were some hiccups but they were quickly resolved! Definitely would buy from GPNVGS again
