If I could give the nocturn Chimera a 10 star review I would. I had plenty of experience with mono tubes, got to try out plenty of binos throughout the years , and NOTHING can come close to panos. The quality of this unit cannot be understated , it makes most other units on the market feel like a toy in comparison. The FOV is incredible , the construction of the unit is extremely ruggedized , the pod stow feature is irreplaceable, it provides a similar balance to stowing binos on your head which blew me away. I went with elbit tubes for mine and the quality of the image is extremely good. I consulted with Josh and Garrett who recommended this combination to me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the unit they put together for me. I could write a novel about how well constructed and how incredible the function is on the Nocturn Chimera. Cannot recommend it enough!
