L3Harris builds these systems end to end: the housing, optics, and image intensifier tubes are assembled and tested by L3Harris as one unit. That is different from a custom build, where a housing is populated with tubes and optics to your spec.
L3Harris factory-built units include a ten-year factory warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Details are on our warranty page.
Yes. U.S. persons can legally purchase and own these systems in all fifty states. Export is ITAR-restricted: we only export for government agencies and do not handle exports for individual buyers.
The BNVD AN/PVS-31A is a dual-tube binocular: two tubes, true depth perception, and less weight on the helmet. The GPNVG is a four-tube panoramic system that trades weight for a much wider field of view.
